Thank You for an Incredible First Week at The Yoga Barn!

What a wonderful first week it’s been at The Yoga Barn! I am truly humbled and grateful for the warm, kind, and enthusiastic response from everyone who joined me this week. Your energy, presence, and support made opening week feel so special, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue sharing this space with all of you.
As we settle into our rhythm, I want to encourage you to reach out anytime with feedback, suggestions, or requests. Your input helps shape the experience here, and I want to make The Yoga Barn a space that truly meets your needs.
Class Offerings at The Yoga Barn
Here’s a reminder of the classes I currently offer:
Chromatic Yoga (Monday 6pm, Tuesday 9:30am, Thursday 9:30am): This class focuses on mindful alignment, joint-by-joint exploration, and layering movements to build strength, stability, and mobility. You’ll leave feeling energized, balanced, and more aware of how your body moves.
Release & Restore (currently Tuesdays at 8:30am, switching soon): A deeply restorative practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore flexibility and ease throughout the body.
Slow Chromatic Yoga (new Tuesday 9:30am starting 9/17): A gentle, unhurried version of Chromatic Yoga that emphasizes mindful movement, longer holds, and breath-centered transitions. Perfect for those seeking a slower pace while still building strength and awareness.
Schedule Updates & Adjustments
This week, classes will follow the original schedule.
Beginning next week, there will be a slight adjustment to the Tuesday morning schedule:
Release & Restore will shift from 8:30am to 9:30am Slow Chromatic Flow.
I know adjustments like this can take a little getting used to, so thank you for your flexibility and understanding. I also want to thank everyone who has signed up in advance, it truly helps me plan the space and class flow. If you weren’t able to get off the waitlist this week, I sincerely apologize, and I encourage you to sign up a few weeks in advance if you know you’ll be coming to help secure your spot.
Thank you again for helping make the first week at The Yoga Barn so special. I am looking forward to growing this community together, sharing the joys of movement and mindfulness, and continuing to create a welcoming, supportive space for every student.
