Whether you are looking for inner peace or improved flexibility, yoga can support you in your goals. Regardless of your age or fitness level, yoga has the power to calm your mind and strengthen your body. When we move our body into different poses, we connect movement and strength to the rhythm of breath and our state of mind. Integrating the mind and body with the breath helps us direct our attention inward and be in the present moment.

My goal is that you walk out of class understanding something new about your body while cultivating self-reflection. Rather than providing a right or wrong way of doing something, I provide options for you to experience and then reflect, to make decisions about what’s appropriate for you, which develops self-awareness.

Chromatic Yoga

Each class provides an intentional approach to understand your body and mind, guiding you toward a peak posture with a focus on accessible steps and meaningful outcomes. You'll be supported through challenges that encourage growth on and off the mat.

Slow Chromatic Yoga

Experience the precision and mindful sequencing of Chromatic Yoga at a gentle, unhurried pace. This class emphasizes alignment, thoughtful movement, and full exploration of each joint and muscle, allowing you to deepen awareness and build strength without rushing.  Ideal for students seeking a mindful, introspective practice.

Restorative Yoga

Experience the calm of candlelight restorative yoga. This class helps you deeply relax in the peacefulness of candlelight and soft ambient music. Using props like blankets and bolsters, restful poses are held for about 10 minutes to release tension and recharge your nervous system. Relax, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
