Chromatic Yoga

Each class provides an intentional approach to understand your body and mind, guiding you toward a peak posture with a focus on accessible steps and meaningful outcomes. You'll be supported through challenges that encourage growth on and off the mat.

Release & Restore

Release & Restore is a 60-minute class that gently awakens the body and calms the nervous system. The first 20 minutes focus on mobility and tension relief, followed by 40 minutes of supported restorative postures for deep relaxation. Props are provided for comfort and support.

Yoga Therapy

Private sessions that support your body, mind, and spirit. Whether managing anxiety, trauma, or stress, these personalized sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic insight to help you reconnect, regulate your nervous system, and build mental resiliency.
