Yoga is for everyone. Whether you are looking for inner peace or improved flexibility, yoga can support you in your goals. Regardless of your age or fitness level, yoga has the power to calm your mind and strengthen your body. When we move our body into different poses, we connect movement and strength to the rhythm of breath and our state of mind. Integrating the mind and body with the breath helps us direct our attention inward and be in the present moment. 
 
My goal is that you walk out of class understanding something new about your body while cultivating self-reflection. Rather than providing a right or wrong way of doing something, I provide options for you to experience and then reflect, to make decisions about what’s appropriate for you, which develops self-awareness.

VINYASA YOGA - TUESDAY 9:30-10:30 AM

In Vinyasa Yoga, breath is synchronized with flowing and dynamic movements to transition between sustained postures. Using the breath (pranayama) to flow from one asana (pose/posture) to the next, no one class is the same and follows the style of the teacher. This class is an open level class suitable for all levels.

VINYASA YOGA - THURSDAY 9:30-10:30 AM

YOGA FLOW - FRIDAY 9:30-10:30AM

This class is designed for students of all levels. In Flow Yoga, you are guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level and desires. You will focus on linking conscious breath with mindful movement. In Yoga Flow, you will awaken your strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. 

2024 Dates:

Winter 2024: 1/12 - 3/8 (there will be NO class 2/23/24)

Spring 2024: 3/15 - 5/17 (there will be NO class on 3/29/24 and 4/19/24)

**Please note - classes are in the Ballroom if weather is poor or under 50 degrees by 9:30AM**
