GENTLE YOGA - MONDAY 12 - 1 PM

Using a soft approach, Gentle Yoga focusing on releasing tension, connecting with your breath, and gaining strength and flexibility for all levels. Class is a gentle pace, allowing you time to be present in each pose. There is opportunity to explore your practice and find the play between strength and flexibility, stability and ease, and gain a greater understanding of physical alignment and balance. Classes are for small groups (no more than 10 people) to allow up to work on personalized progressions and modifications that will help you build your personal practice in a way that works for YOUR body! 

YOGA FLOW - TUESDAY 9:30-10:30 AM

Hosted at Temple Israel of Sharon 125 Pond Street Sharon, MA

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Flow/Vinyasa yoga, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice  level. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a flow class, students awaken their strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.

In Strength Based Yoga, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style to awaken your strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility. You will build your personal practice in a way that works for your body. Classes are for small groups (no more than 10 people) to allow up to work on personalized progressions and modifications that will help you build your personal practice in a way that works for YOUR body!
