GET TO KNOW HEIDI KASSNER

Meet Heidi Kassner, a seasoned E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified instructor and Yoga Teacher Trainer, with a yoga journey spanning over 25 years. As the Studio Director at Ritual Vibes Yoga in Foxboro, MA and host of the Theme Weavers Podcast for yoga teachers, Heidi's mission is to empower you to gain fresh insights into your body during each class while fostering self-reflection.

In her classes, Heidi encourages you to experience and reflect, making choices that suit your unique needs. But her impact goes beyond the studio walls. She leads Yoga Teacher Trainings, hosts the Theme Weavers podcast for yoga teachers, and is a lead teacher in the global Chromatic Yoga Community, enriching yoga teachers and practices worldwide.

Heidi's dedication extends further into her charitable work. She has led a team at Yoga Reaches Out for four years, supporting the hospital that saved her son's life and continues to provide essential care. She has been a side stage presenter (2022), the keynote speaker (2023), and is a featured main teacher (2024). Her personal journey fuels her passion for making a meaningful impact beyond yoga.

Heidi's own yoga journey has made her stronger, more flexible, and fearless both on and off the mat. It inspires her to live each moment with intention, passion, fun, and meaningful connection.

With a 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) certification from Yoga Alliance, Heidi's credentials are impressive. She completed her 200-hour training at Firefly Yoga Studio and her 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with her mentor and teacher Matt Giordano. Heidi is also a Chromatic Level 3 Senior Teacher and Certified Mentor under Matt Giordano. She was also trained by Baron Baptiste through Level 1 Journey Into Power and holds certifications in Yin Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pretzel Kids Yoga, and Yoga Yeladim. As a RAD Yoga Mobility and Recovery Specialist, she incorporates Self-Myofascial Release into her practice.

Heidi is also a dedicated faculty member for Matt Giordano's 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program, utilizing her extensive knowledge to educate and inspire future instructors. Her academic background in Psychology and Clinical Social Work adds a unique dimension to her teaching, allowing her to connect with her students on a deeper level.

In her classes, Heidi emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, intelligent biomechanics, and self-awareness. She aims to help you understand your unique physical experience while honoring where you are in the current moment. Her arsenal of asana variations and tools ensures you leave the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

With Heidi, the goal is simple: step off the mat feeling revitalized physically and in a state of inner balance. Join Heidi on a journey that goes beyond the physical practice, and discover a deeper connection with your body and mind.
