Class Description
Slow down, breathe deeply, and create space to transition from the busyness of your day into a more restful evening. This all-levels class combines gentle movement, mindful mobility, and nourishing stretches designed to release tension while giving your nervous system an opportunity to settle. We'll gradually warm the body through accessible movement and simple sequences before easing into longer-held stretches and calming postures that encourage relaxation, ease, and presence. As the pace slows, you'll have the opportunity to shift out of doing mode and into being mode, allowing both body and mind to unwind from the day. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, move your body in a supportive way, or simply take an hour for yourself, this practice offers space to reconnect and recharge. Perfect for students seeking a slower pace, increased flexibility, stress relief, and an opportunity to move without feeling rushed. Options and modifications will be offered throughout class, making the practice accessible for a variety of experience levels and abilities.
