STAND UP PADDLE BOARD YOGA

bring your practice to a whole new level

SUP Yoga is a great way to relax, improve your balance & strength and harmonize your body with nature.

All classes begin on shore with an overview of paddle basics - learn how to kneel, stand, basic stroke techniques, and what to do if you fall in (don't worry, it happens all the time!). Paddle out and drop an anchor for a combination of flowing movements and steady postures designed to awaken your core muscles, establish trust, train balance, strengthen the body, and calm the mind. Each class includes a time for play to explore shapes and postures before winding down with a floating savasana and then paddling back to shore.

No previous yoga or paddle experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome!

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM!!!!!

Features & Information:

  • Class will be held on select Sunday mornings from 8-9:30AM. 

  • Registration must be completed in advance and is first come first serve. 

  • $25/person if using your own equipment; $55/person if renting equipment through Heidi Kassner Yoga. Per agreement with Eastern Mountain Sports Paddle Schools (rental company), a minimum of 5 rentals must be made per class!

  • Minimum of 5 students per class with a maximum of 10

  • Please register for class here. Once your registration form is complete, you will receive notification information to purchase the class through venmo (@Heidi-Kassner) or personal check. Until Heidi Kassner Yoga receives your payment you are not considered registered for class. Once payment is received, Heidi Kassner Yoga will send you a confirmation welcome email.
