STAND UP PADDLE BOARD YOGA

bring your practice to a whole new level

SUP Yoga is a great way to relax, improve your balance & strength and harmonize your body with nature.

​

All classes begin on shore with an overview of paddle basics - learn how to kneel, stand, basic stroke techniques, and what to do if you fall in (don't worry, it happens all the time!). Paddle out and drop an anchor for a combination of flowing movements and steady postures designed to awaken your core muscles, establish trust, train balance, strengthen the body, and calm the mind. Each class includes a time for play to explore shapes and postures before winding down with a floating savasana and then paddling back to shore.

No previous yoga or paddle experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome!

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM AND OVER 16 YEARS OLD!!!!!

Features & Information:

  • Class will be held on select Sunday mornings from 8 - 10 AM and cost $40.

  • Registration must be completed in advance and is first come first serve. 

  • This year we are partnering with the Sharon Recreation Department to offer SUP Yoga. There is no availability to rent equipment this year. 

  • Minimum of 5 students per class with a maximum of 13
