Do you enjoy practicing yoga from your home? Are you not ready to practice indoors at a studio? Is the weather too cold for you to practice yoga outdoors? Or do you just enjoy practicing yoga with me and want to have different options on how to practice? If you answered YES to any of these questions, then Zoom Yoga is for you!

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Flow/Vinyasa yoga, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice  level. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a flow class, students awaken their strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Zoom link sent once registered. Following class, a link to the recording will be sent for you to practice with over the week ahead!
